Here at HMC, we know that waiting for your loved one from the time he/she went into the operating room until you see him/her again in the department may not be easy.
Therefore, we tried to anticipate all your needs in order to make the waiting period easier for you. The following services are available for you at the hospital and nearby:
Cafeteria
Opening hours: Sunday- Thursday: 07:30 – 21:00; Friday: 07:30 –15:30.
In order to enable you to have some refreshments and stay updated, there is an electronic screen in the cafeteria to update you on the progress of the surgery.
In addition, for your convenience, there are monitor screens at the entrances to hospitalization wards B and C.
Vending machines
On floor A, there are automatic machines offering hot and cold beverages and snacks all day long.
Wi-Fi Wireless Internet service
Wireless Internet service, enabling you to use your laptop computer, is available in all hospital waiting areas, including the cafeteria.
Satellite TV
In the waiting rooms, you can enjoy watching a variety of channels.

The hospital is located in close proximity to De-Shalit Square, where you can find services such as a bank, an ATM machine, a mini-market open 24 hours a day, restaurants and a variety of shops.
A physician-on-call and the nursing team are at the patient’s and your service during the hospitalization, 24 hours a day, ready to assist you with any question and problem. In order to provide the patient with appropriate conditions for a quiet and full rest, hospital policy does not allow accompanying persons to remain overnight next to the patient's bed.
